The System Management Tool (SMT) allows the full administration of your whole solution, right down to an individual user. Using SMT you can immediately deploy changes as your business demands, this could be as simple as, the way your hunt groups behave, changing the display name on a subscribers phone or implementing call barring. Additionally SMT gives you access to view call reports, usage analysis and network monitoring thereby providing you with full management and performace information.

Inclarity Phone Manager Each user on our service has access to the Phone Manager portal which allows instant access to administer the call behaviour of an individual’s account, in effect allowing you to manage your own working environment. Using Phone Manager you can also listen to voicemails, upload your contacts, switch between home and office terminals and even ‘click to dial’ using our TAPI integration software.

Whilst our range of tools allow you to carry out most tasks yourself, we have a highly skilled and accredited team of service engineers who can assist with any changes. All service requests are recorded on our service desk portal which will provide you with the ability to log, track and make additions to your request.
