Inclarity has extended available product offerings in its user options for its pay-as-you—go OPEX bundles with the inclusion of the new Poly VVX-x50 range of handsets and in a move initiated by its reseller channels also reduced contract terms to just one year.

With many enterprises hesitant over their communications technology re-fresh plans due to economic uncertainty, Hosted Telephony provider Inclarity is seeking to provide further impetus for its channel partners to de-risk the move with addition of a complete new range of IP phones from leading vendor Poly.

The new Poly portfolio comprises four handsets that offer an unprecedented balance
between style, affordability and features.

For the first time the VVXx50 range of handsets allow users to connect their handsets to the internet via a Wi-Fi Dongle in place of a standard Ethernet cable connection thus increasing the range of office locations where the can be used.

Included in the list of services in the Inclarity bundled offer are the telephony users licence, call recording, handset and call minutes all under one simple monthly charge.

At the same time Inclarity has moved to further enhance their services bundle by reducing the contract length for users to just one year. This move has been as a result of Inclarity listening to on-going feedback from their reseller channels.

In a market that is highly competitive for resellers in terms of pricing and where differentiation is crucial to commercial success, these two moves by Inclarity should be seen as being highly supportive of their channel resellers and a commitment by them to continued innovation.

For users these moves contribute significantly to taking the risks away from the steps that are required to deploy new technologies such as these and stay competitive in their markets.
